METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COATED PLYWOOD FOR MOULD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing coated plywood for a mould is provided to obtain a clean surface of the concrete with the easy mould release. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing coated plywood for a mould comprises the steps of: mixing 60 to 70 wt% of a polyester resin with 20 to 40 wt% of a powder fiberglass, 8 to 10 wt% of a pigment and 0.02 to 0.04 wt% of a silicone; and adding 2 to 3 wt% of an emulsifier and 0.5 to 2 wt% of a paraffin wax and then stirring the mixture for 60 to 120 minutes to form a coating material; removing an air from the coating material using a vacuum type air remover; adding 1 to 1.5 wt% of a hardener with respect to 100 wt% of the coating material; and pouring the coating material mixed with the hardener onto a plywood, covering them with a film and then distributing them with a roller.
