PURPOSE: An optical coupled device, a method for fabricating the same, and an optical system using the same are provided to reduce a size of a coupling device for coupling three separated monochromatic laser beams by using an optical fiber for transmitting the light. CONSTITUTION: An optical transmission medium(310) has a plurality of input terminals and one output terminal. The first lens(320) is installed at the input terminal of the optical transmission medium(310) in order to focus incident rays. The second lens(330) is installed at the output terminal in order to form one parallel light by transmitting the incident rays. The optical transmission medium(310) is formed with an optical fiber. The second lens(330) is formed with a collimating lens.
