PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sale supporting device, on-line shopping system and program capable of automatically realizing a service closer to counter selling. SOLUTION: This on-line shopping system 1 consists of a virtual mall server 2 for providing merchandise information as a virtual mall, user terminals 3 connected to the virtual mall server 2 through a network 5 such as a communication line network, for performing on-line shopping, and store terminals 4, etc., connected to the virtual mall server 2 through the network 5 in the same manner, for registering virtual stores and selling merchandise through the virtual mall. Among them, the virtual mall server 2 is a device which releases various pieces of information about merchandise registered by the store terminals 4 onto the network such as the Internet, and mediates orders from the user terminals 3 to realize on-line shopping. |
