PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment management planning system in which an account for each borrowing destination is instantaneously displayed on a screen and printed just by inputting prescribed data to a preset form. SOLUTION: The apartment management planning system is provided with a borrowing information storage means for storing borrowing information for a plurality of financial institutions from which borrowing is possible respectively beforehand as a data base, a property information input means for inputting property information of property to be an object of a proposal, a financial institution input means for displaying the property information and the borrowing information for the respective financial institutions and selecting the financial institution to be utilized, a first display means for calculating a loan estimated amount, a required own fund amount and a monthly loan repayment amount from the borrowing information for the selected financial institution and displaying them, a second display means for inputting and displaying monthly and yearly income schedules, monthly and yearly scheduled profits and a property outline on the basis of house rent information, and a means for performing computation on the basis of inputted various data and displaying and outputting an arithmetic result to a prescribed place of a proposal document. |
