PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image with high quality which has less deviation of images between photographing regions. SOLUTION: An image pickup device has a first photographing region having a plurality of photoelectric conversion sections, a second photographing region having a plurality of photoelectric conversion sections, a first output section for outputting signals from the first photographing section, a second output section for outputting signals from the second photographing section, and a driving means for outputting a first driving signal for driving the first output section and a second driving signal for driving the second output section and for independently controlling the first and second driving signals.
