PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of preventing the generation of unnecessary radiation noise. SOLUTION: A 2nd by-pass capacitor 11 is connected between power supply wiring 2 and ground wiring 3 connecting circuit blocks 4 to 6, a power supply terminal Vdd and a ground terminal Gnd. Since a charging/discharging current generated in a microcomputer 1 is fed back to the circuit blocks 4 to 6, the charging/discharging current can be prevented from being propagated from the terminals Vdd, Gnd to the outside of the microcomputer 1 as unnecessary radiation noise. |
