PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the input or selection of an object (letter contained in an image or the like) by presenting a user with information related to the user's position and/or time in generating image data. SOLUTION: A position information acquiring part 143 acquires information about the current position of an image data generator 101, that is, the user's current position. A time information acquiring part 145 acquires information about the current time. A related information database 169 stores related information (e.g. the name of a theme park in the vicinity of a certain position) related to the position information and time information. A related information acquiring part 141 fetches from the related information database 169 the related information related to the position information acquired by the position information acquiring part 143 and the time information acquired by the time information acquiring part 145. The related information fetched is presented to the user.
