PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the fabrication of an identification card and securities, particularly a method for transacting securities needing person himself/herself authentication. SOLUTION: A small ID chip whose ID can be read by a dedicated reader is attached to an object having the possibility of being fabricated such as an identification card and securities, and a means for associating the ID of the small ID chip with information described on a certification form, etc., and storing the ID is provided. In deciding the truth or falsehood of the identification card, the dedicated reader is used to read the ID from the small ID chip attached to the identification card, and the truth of falsehood of the identification card is decided by referring to the information associated with the ID and comparing the ID with the information. |
