PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a change notifying procedure system by which application to other organizations is completed if a change application is submitted to one representative place. SOLUTION: The change notifying procedure system is provided with a computer system A 11 having a data base A 111 in which basic IDs of individuals and pieces of personal information in relation to them are recorded, a plurality of computer systems B 21 having data bases B 211 in which basic IDs of contracted customers and pieces of customer information in relation to them are recorded and an access terminal 31 connected to be accessible to the computer systems A 11 and B 21 and a program that changes the pieces of customer information in the data bases B 211 by receiving return of change information of the basic IDs and the pieces of personal information to be transmitted from the access terminal 31 to the computer system A 11 from the computer system A 11 and transferring the change information to a part or all the computer systems B 21 by the access terminal 31.
