PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of returning response signals according to the characteristics of reset signals. SOLUTION: This IC card 10 comprises a volatile memory 5 for storing flags, a selection part 4 for selecting any of a plurality of the response signals based on held values in the storage areas of the flags in the volatile memory 5, a transmit/receive part 2 for returning the response signal selected by the selection part 4 to a reader/writer 20, and a control part 1 for writing set values in the storage areas of the flags after the return of the response signals. The reset signals Sr comprise warm reset signals Srw or cold reset signals Src. |
