PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processing device with IC card reader/writer function capable of surely performing recording and reproducing processing of information for held up IC cards, allowing for the users of the IC cards to easily confirm the state of the recording and reproducing processing, and capable of easily manufacturing dispensers with IC card reader/writer function without applying any alteration to dispenser bodies. SOLUTION: In this bill processing device 1 with IC card reader/writer function performing the recording and reproducing processing of the information for the IC cards held up against a front mask 2, a display means 7 for displaying the state of the recording and reproducing processing of the information for the IC cards X is disposed on the front surface 2a of the front mask 2. An IC card positioning means 5 (recessed part 6) for positioning and disposing the IC cards X to a communication means 4 is formed in the front surface 2a of the front mask 2. |
