PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that can decide a position of a reduced image with respect to paper and record the image in response to a desire of a user. SOLUTION: An operation section 8 displays a plurality of different examples of layout of a reduced image on paper on a display screen 8a in order to designate at which position of the paper with the same size as that of an original is located. The image forming device is provided with selection keys 8b, 8c and 8d corresponding to the displayed examples. The user sees the displayed examples and selects a desirable recording example by using the selection key to record the reduced image at a desirable position on the paper. |
