PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of out-of-step caused by the vibration of a motor and to suppress a temperature rise in the motor by radiating heat from the motor to a plate with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The stepping motor 101 is mounted on a motor mount plate 102 through a damper 103 fixed with metal plates 104, 105 on both sides of a rubber 109. A case face of the motor 101 is joined to a radiating plate 110 through a high-conduction member 106 of a weaved metal laminate with a vibration damping function.
