PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a problem with regularly updated contents that, even if the URL thereof is registered in the bookmark of a browser, users may not read the contents at specified intervals. SOLUTION: The storage part 40 of a user terminal 10 stores the bookmark 42 holding the URL of the regularly issued contents. The URL of the latest contents is held in the network address database 18 of a control server 14. An update part 38 receives the URL of the latest contents from the control server 14, and updates the URL in the bookmark 42. A display part 30 displays the icon of the bookmark 42 on a screen, and a detection part 32 detects that the icon is clicked. When a click is detected, an acquiring part 34 acquires contents data from the Web server 12 by using the URL in the bookmark 42, and displays the contents data on the screen.
