PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load for e-mail formation of a user by facilitating the e-mail designation input by the user. SOLUTION: A shared address book file and independent address book file including an e-mail address and the attribute of the designation of the e-mail address and a shared nominal list file, independent nominal list file and general file not containing the e-mail address but containing the attribute of the designation of the e-mail are stored in a storage device 3. The shared address book file and shared nominal list file are unitarily managed on a server 4 side, and downloaded to the storage device 3. When the user designates the attribute of the shared nominal lift file, independent nominal list file or general file by use of a client 2, the e-mail address and destination name of the shared address book file and independent address book file are retrieved by use of the attribute as key. The retrieved e-mail address is inputted to a designation column and a text column.
