PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register an automatic travel section where a vehicle is easy to travel, by using a route retrieval result retrieved by navigation when the vehicle travels on the automatic travel section. SOLUTION: This automatic guide system 100 is constituted of a navigation system 110 mounted on the vehicle 101, and a control server 130 fixedly installed in an automatic travel control center for controlling the automatic travel section. In the system, a communication line is established in the control server 130 and the navigation system 110 through a mobile communication network 102, a route to a destination is searched by the navigation system 110, and the automatic travel section traveling thereon is registered to the control server 130 via the communication line, when at least one portion of the automatic travel section is used for the route.
