PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for converting high-moisture content organic waste to powder type RDF. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) agitating high-moisture content organic waste, (b) drying the high-moisture content organic waste, (c) preparing fuel raw material by mixing the dried organic waste with water-soluble resin and heat auxiliary heat generation material, (d) forming short cylinder type fuel by heating, applying a pressure, ball mixing milling, and extrusion-molding the fuel raw material using a molding extruder, and (e) pulverizing the short cylinder type fuel, thereby obtaining powder type fuel. The apparatus comprises a first mixer (A) for agitating the high-moisture content organic waste, a drier (B) for drying the high-moisture content organic waste, a second mixer (D) for mixing the dried organic waste with water-soluble resin and heat auxiliary heat generation material, a molding extruder (E), and a pulverizer (H). |
