PURPOSE: Provided is a process of preparing a spreading agent excellent in dispersion and adherence properties by adding an emulsifier to paraffin wax and then quickly cooling. CONSTITUTION: A spreading agent is prepared by adding 2 to 10% by weight of an emulsifier to 25 to 40% by weight of paraffin wax and stirring them at 80 to 100deg.C and 200rpm; adding to the mixture 50 to 73% by weight of water and stirring them at 50 to 73deg.C; and cooling the suspension to 40deg.C. The emulsifier is one or more selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene alkyl arylether, polyoxyethylene alkylether and alkyl glyceride. |
