PURPOSE: An electronic prescription transmitting method is provided to automatically input data on a drugstore into a terminal of a hospital by using a drugstore ID card owned by a patient, and to transmit an electronic prescription to a corresponding drugstore by using the input drugstore data. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Drugstores distribute drugstore ID cards to customers, the customers receive a medical diagnosis at a hospital, the customers offer the drugstore ID cards to a window, and a terminal of the hospital reads the offered drugstore ID cards(S10). The terminal of the hospital transmits an electronic prescription to a terminal of a corresponding drugstore via a service server(S20). The terminal of the drugstore displays the transmitted prescription(S30). A pharmacist, working for the drugstore, checks the prescription(S40), prepares medicines according to the prescription(S50), and offers the prepared medicines to the customers when they visit the drugstore or delivers the prepared medicines to the customers(S60).
