METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SINTER WITH REDUCED ZINC CONTENT

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing a sinter with reduced amount of zinc, which causes hanging in cohesive zone and disturb gas current in blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of blending steelmaking sludge, blast furnace sludge, dust collected in dust catcher in blast furnace and quick lime; granulating the blend; and pelletizing the blend into mini pellet having size of 4 to 6 mm, wherein the content of quick lime is 2 to 4 %.
