The telescopic winding tube (T) for a shutter (T') comprises two parts (1,2) able to slide in each other and an elastically deformable locking tab (12) fixed to one of the parts. The locking tab allows relative sliding of the tube parts in a tube lengthening direction (F1) and opposes relative sliding of the parts in a tube shortening direction (F3).
