System of hydroculture germinated seeds by shaping that includes the hydration of seeds in germination hoppers (1), alternating cycles of airing and soaking, and then inserted in moulds (2), where they are placed vertically and germination is produced by pressure, the seeds held by the mould (2), which in turn allows them to expand. Once the seeds take root and self-standing, the moulds (2) are removed. The system is automated by a perforated portable surface on the moulds containing the seeds; and the entire set (3) is inserted into the cultivation channels (4). The system is structured on modules that will be placed in channels, one for each day of the cultivation cycle and with lengths that vary according to the production levels to be obtained. The process is completed with the help of crane bridges, mould (2) cleaning installations (10), and a mixer (9); the process finishes with a conveyor belt (11).<IMAGE> |
