The middle strip (1b) is bordered with edge strips (1a) made of an unwoven material comprising plastics fibres. Perforations (4) are provided at least in particular areas of the abutting parts of the unwoven material or the middle strip. The middle strip is preferably made of a watertight impregnated paper or paperboard material. The edge strip comprises an unwoven textile or plastics-textile fibre mixture.
