<p>A gas appliance for use in the heating of a domestic living environment, is specifically for use with a flue (26), and is provided in an outlet thereof with a catalytic converter (20). In this manner further heat from the catalytic conversion of unburned gasses may be obtained, and additionally a baffle assembly (25) may be located in the exhaust outlet, to conduct further heat from the outflowing gas. The baffle assembly (25) is effective to direct down draught from flowing through the catalytic converter (20), and to direct the down draught into the room being heated.</p> |
