An information control system includes an information terminal and a server. The server has a storage device for storing the information and a transmission/reception device and performs synchronization of the information with the information terminal. The information stored in the storage device of the information terminal is deleted after a deletion flag 32 is set for the information stored in the storage device of the server. Even when deleting information stored, it is possible to maintain consistency between the information stored in the information terminal and the information stored in the information control server.
