A volumetric feeder 20 comprising a plurality of independent feeder elements 20a, 20b, ... each comprising a fixed part 21 and a movable weighing measure 22 which can reciprocate in the fixed part 21, wherein each movable weighing measure 22 is provided with a measure section 23 for storing a specified volume of powder and granular material. The movable weighing measure 22 of each feeder element 20a, 20b, ... can move independently between a charging position of powder and granular material where the measure section 23 matches the charging opening 24 of the fixed part 21 and a discharging position of powder and granular material where the measure section 23 matches the discharge opening 26 of the fixed part 21. A volumetric feeder applicable to a combination balance of powder and granular material and a combination balance of powder and granular material employing such a volumetric feeder are thereby provided.
