A method and arrangement for obtaining products of enhanced economic value from grape marc (grape seeds and grape skins) by subjecting the marc to drying where the drying temperatures are selected so as to not char or burn the grape skins within the marc, then separating the resultant dryer marc into a first component consisting almost entirely of grape seeds alone and a second component consisting largely of grape skins, then further processing the skins to obtain a useful stock feed, and further processing the seeds to obtain a cold pressed grape seed oil. |
