<p>Anti-viral agents which may be effective for treating, for example, respiratory infections by Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). A three-dimensional structure model of the RSV-F protein has been generated and described which can be used to identify, screen, and/or develop anti-viral agents, including RSV neutralising antibodies. The structure model may also be used to develop RSV-binding antibodies useful for diagnostic assays.</p> |
