Disclosed is the rapid orthodontics treatment method after corticotomy and the skeletal anchorage plate. The method comprises the steps of: incising gums within a range established in consideration of a set of teeth to be corrected; incising front and rear surfaces of a cortical bone; suturing incised gums; and placing an orthodontic appliance on the teeth and applying tensioning force to the set of teeth, thereby to correct irregularities of the teeth.
