The invention relates to underground collecting mains for liquids, especially collector wells and drainage pipes. Said filter train consists of a wide-meshed perforated tube or grid tube with sufficient mechanical stability to be inserted in a bore in the soil and a filter material disposed therein. The invention further relates to a method for introducing the filter train into predetermined layers of the soil.
