An operation lever of construction machinery formed as a joystick lever, wherein a grip unrotatable relative to the operation lever is fitted to the tip part of the operation lever, a rotation operating member for controlling the speed of an engine is rotatably fitted to the tip part of the grip, and the rotation operating member is rotatingly operated by the tips of fingers while the operation lever is rotatingly operated by holding the grip to drive an actuator and also control the speed of the engine.
