The invention relates to a preliminary tariff information system for telecommunication connections, whereby the user can request preliminary tariff information for the current telecommunication connection and receive tariff information in the form of electronic data, speech or acoustic signals, after inputting the connection destination and before establishing the connection. The advantage of one such system is that the user receives concrete information about the tariff of the connection before establishing said telecommunication connection, and can therefore decide whether to continue with the connection to the chosen number. The user does not need to make extensive inquiries about the tariffs and can be sure that he/she will only be given the current tariffs cited for the relevant telecommunication connection. |
