The building roof comprises a substructure in the form of adjacent trapezium profiles with parallel top and bottom flanges (3, 4) joined to one another by inclined elements (5). Insulation elements (6) are located in the space above the bottom flanges (4) and protrude beyond the level defined by the top flanges (3). An Independent claim is also included for an insulation element for the proposed building roof.
