<p>A positive plate material for realizing a large discharging capacity and high discharging voltage and for achieving excellent charging/discharging characteristics. A positive plate (12) and a negative plate (14) are disposed with a separator (15) in between. The positive electrode (12) contains a lithium complex oxide expressed by LiaMIbMIIcOd. MI represents at least two kinds out of a group consisting of Mn,Ni, and Co, and MII at least a kind out of a group consisting of Al, Ti, Mg, and B. The subscripts a, b, c, and d represent values in ranges satisfying 1.0<a<1.5, 0.9<b+c<1.1, a>b+c, 1.8<d<2.5., respectively. An excessive content of lithium enables an improvement in charging capacity and in stability of a crystal structure since a fixed amount of lithium remains in the crystal structure even after charging.</p> |
