A branched decorative illuminated unit has coupling devices (10) and lamp holders (20) for rapid assembly. The coupling has upper (11) and lower (12) sections comprising a hollow channel (111,121) with upper and lower connecting pieces (112,122) arranged radially around it and connected to the sections. An independent claim is also included for a unit as above having fixing rods for the lamp holders.
