<p>We have surprisingly discovered that the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) regulates angiogenesis. As a result of this discovery, the present invention provides modulation of angiogenesis in tissues where that angiogenesis depends upon the activity of G6PD.</p> |
