The invention concerns a device for regulating volumetric flow rate of perfusion liquids. Said device consists of an adjusting mechanism (7) provided with a housing (16), wherein is arranged a passage (15) extending from an inlet connection (14) to an outlet connection (21) and a mechanism for modifying the flow cross-section of the passage (15), the latter mechanism comprising an adjusting element (13) operating in parallel at the centerline of said passage. The inventive device also comprises means for measuring the perfusion liquid volumetric flow rate, a servomotor (12) for actuating the adjusting element (13) and a regulating unit (11) provided with an element for automatically regulating the volumetric flow rate by means of the servomotor (12).
