<p>A reducible double surfaced sail with a variable section, provided with a plurality of wing ribs (3), equipped with housings (11) inserted so that they can slide on the mast (4), in turn mounted inside the sail (1), in a backed-up position with respect to the attachment edge of said sail. The double surfaced sail of the invention offers the advantage of being able to be completely hauled down when the boat is not sailing and, as the wind kicks up, its exposed surface can be reduced. Moreover, thanks to the described backed-up arrangement of the mast, positive effects are gained on the stability, the balance and the speed of the boat.</p> |
