The wire grill, normally used for a barbecue allows grease from the grilled meat to drip into the charcoal fire, resulting in the creation of an unpleasant and unhealthy smoke. The new barbecue device (1) is designed as wide (2) bowl of massive metal in the shape of a cone. The bowl (1) can be hung above an open fire like a cauldron to a tripod by using three chains, or positioned in any suitable way.
