The rotator (24) has holes (25,26) of different diameters with lower hole formed smaller than the upper hole. A shaft (13) connects the rotator and a pivotal component (6) to convert rotation of the rotator into a pivotal movement of the pivotal component. The movement of the pivotal component results in sequential deformation of each diaphragm (4) to vary volume of each pressure chamber.
