<p>A unit dose test device for a nucleic acid amplification reaction has the form of an elongate disposable test strip. The test strip includes a dual chamber reaction vessel preloaded with nucleic acid amplication reaction agents, a plurality of wells for processing a reaction occuring in the reaction vessel, and a hinge cover above a membrane, sealing both reaction chambers. A desiccant is loaded in proximity to and in communication with first or second reaction chamber.</p> |
