PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear part structure not impairing design of a rear bumper fascia, allowing easy molding, not restricted in a height of a floor from the ground, and not allowing damage to a vehicle body by a shock applied to the bumper. SOLUTION: This structure has the rear floor positioning in a vehicle rear part; an upward-extending rear panel integrally provided in a rear edge part of the rear floor; the rear bumper fascia covering the rear panel, supported by the rear panel; and a drafter positioning between the rear panel and the rear bumper fascia, installed to the rear panel, and discharging air inside a cabin to the outside space. An opening is formed between a lower edge part of the rear bumper fascia and the vehicle rear part. A protector deformable by an input load from the rear bumper fascia is interposed between a lower edge part of the rear panel and the lower edge part of the rear bumper fascia to close the opening.
