THREADING CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE FOR NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINE TOOL AND NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINE TOOL INCORPORATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control movement of a motor to move a tool for threading by adjusting it at an optimal adjusting value in threading work at the time of the threading work. SOLUTION: The optimal adjusting value of each of the motors to drive a spindle and a tool rest is previously found and is stored in a ROM 8 in a control unit or in an outside memory device 5 as a file for threading of a variable data at the time of the threading work by an NC machine tool. Thereafter, a variable data in a RAM 9 to use for adjustment of each of the motors by a program in practice is replaced by reading the previously stored variable data in the file for threading from the ROM 8 or the outside memory device 5 by a CPU 7.
