PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for eccentric machining capable of easily setting eccentric amount and determining eccentric amount and eccentric direction with high accuracy without requiring the replacement of a plurality of eccentric surfaces, even when providing the eccentric surfaces on the workpiece. SOLUTION: This chuck jig is constituted of a jig mount 8 held on a chuck of a rotary machining device and a workpiece holding tool 9 held on the jig mount 8 by using a fastening tool 10 by making a center eccentric in a prescribed direction A from the center of the jig mount 8. The jig mount 8 is provided with a fastening hole 8b for fastening the fastening tool 10 in a state of the workpiece holding tool 9 made eccentric. The workpiece holding tool 9 is provided with a chuck means 14 with a center coinciding with the center of the workpiece holding tool 9 and a through hole 9b for holding the workpiece holding tool 9 by passing the fastening tool 10 through in a state of a center made eccentric in the prescribe direction A from the center of the jig mount 8.
