PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling device and an assembling device for easily replacing a trolley for composing a part of a carrying chain. SOLUTION: One half of the trolley separated from the chain is contained in a positioning jig 2. A plate part 107a is engaged between a pair of positioning pieces, and a center link is engaged in a groove in the positioning piece. After this, as a clamp plate is put to be strongly pressed by a toggle mechanism from above, caulked parts of bolts 110 and 112 are cut off by a drill 13 through guide holes 11 and 11.
