PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a particulate 200 from getting caught in heater blocks 5 and 6 to suppress a sealing failure by certainly preventing the substance 200 from depositing on a lower end opening 8a of a funnel tube 8. SOLUTION: A first knocker 21 applying an impact and vibration to the funnel tube 8 and a second knocker 22 applying an impact and vibration to the funnel tube 8 from an opposite position to the first knocker 21 are provided. The respective knockers 21 and 22 activate with an optional time difference while the particulate 200 is being filled. The knockers 21 and 22 are thus activated with an optional time difference, thereby eliminating fear of interference and offset of the impact and vibration applied to the funnel tube 8 by the knockers 21 and 22.
