PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift actuator for a transmission capable of providing always roughly same shifting force by constructing the same to correct effect of gravity acting on an operation rod constructing the shift actuator and a magnetic moving body even if the shift actuator is arranged with inclining with respect to horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The shift actuator for the transmission rotating a shift lever supporting mechanism having a shift lever for the transmission installed thereon in a shift direction is provided with a first actuator and a second actuator arranged to put an operating part of an operation lever connected to the shift lever supporting mechanism at a base part therebetween and to oppose each other. The first actuator and the second actuator are provided with the operating rods connecting to the operating lever, the magnetic moving body provided on an outer circumference surface of the operation rod, a tubular fixed yoke provided to surround the magnetic moving body, and a pair of coils provided in parallel on inside of the fixed yoke in an axial direction. A balance weight is installed on the shift lever support mechanism. |
