Tool, Machine and Procedure for the Orbital Drilling of a Hole

The hole cutter (47), comprising a support (3) for a rotary milling tool (6) rotating about an axis (A2) offset radially from that of the support, has the forward end (18) of the support made with a maximum radius equal to or less than the radius of the hole being cut so it can penetrate into the hole as it is being made. The milling tool and support are rotated by separate drives (5, 7); the support is tubular in shape and has an outlet for the removal of chip produced by the milling tool.
