MAGNETIC CARD DOOR LOCK

PURPOSE: A magnetic card door lock is provided to improve the durability by operating a moving plate to an upper portion and connecting a thumb turn for operating a dead bolt with a moving cam. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) has a handle(12) connected with a latch(3) and an insertion portion(13) for a card key. An anti-card(20) is installed at the main body(10). A moving plate(31) is installed in the inside of a case(30). A magnetic core(32) is inserted into the moving plate(31). A moving cam(40) is used for shifting the moving plate(31) to an upper side. An elastic member(50) is used for installed between a thumb turn(13) and the moving cam(40). A rotary shaft(60) is connected with an operating section of the moving cam(40). A locking cam(61) is formed at a front end of the rotary shaft(60). A driving gear(70) is installed at the handle(12). A driven gear(80) is installed at the thumb turn(13). A lever pipe(90) is used for rotating a latch bolt(3a) of the latch(3).
