摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a guidance apparatus by which the reaction time of a missile with reference to a target is enhanced and by which a high-speed moving target can be detected and guided. SOLUTION: By a mode control signal in a mode controller which outputs the mode control signal used to change over a distance measuring mode and a speed measuring mode, a transmission signal is transmitted by a PRI corresponding to the distance measuring mode or a PRI corresponding to the speed measuring mode (by a PPI shorter than a PPI corresponding to the distance measuring mode), and reflected waves from the target with reference to the transmission signal corresponding to the distance measuring mode or the speed measuring mode are received. The mode controller changes over the distance measuring mode to the speed measuring mode on the basis of a target initial signal acquired in the distance measuring mode. In the speed measuring mode, the speed of the target is detected, and the distance of the target is calculated on the basis of the target initial distance signal acquired in the speed measuring mode and on the basis of a detected target speed signal.</p>
